Welcome to Bus Talk Lit!

 

Everyone is welcome to submit prose, poetry, and art.

 

Our response time concerning submissions ranges from 1-3 weeks.

 

Email your submissions to bustalklit@gmail.com with subject title [name] - [genre] - [issue number]

 

Please attach work as PDFs or Word Documents. For art submissions, we'd prefer JPEGs & PDFs, but jpeg especially

 

Submissions across multiple genres are okay, but please do so in separate emails.

 

We will immediately reject any exclusionary work, glorification of domestic abuse/violence, and animal abuse.

 

For the EIC's safety, please include trigger warnings if applicable. It won't be an instant rejection if you don't but we'll be less likely to accept your submission.

 

Simultaneous submissions encouraged! Please just let us know if your piece is accepted elsewhere so we can remove it from our queue and celebrate your acceptance with you.

 

Upon acceptance, you grant us North American serial and electronic rights. These rights revert back to you after publication.
